These Terms of Use govern your use of peratile.com, including the signed-in areas for dealers, trade professionals and Pera Tile staff. The website is operated by Continental Distribution LLC, doing business as Pera Tile (“Pera Tile,” “we”). By using the website you agree to these terms.

Accounts and sign-in

Signed-in access is available to approved Pera Tile dealers, trade professionals and staff. Account access is personal to the person it was issued to.

• Do not share your sign-in or password, or let anyone else use your account. Each person at your company who needs access should have their own sign-in.
• Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including projects, sample orders and display orders placed through it.
• Keep your account and company details up to date, including changes in ownership, legal name or address.

Pera Tile may suspend or close an account, or change the access or price level attached to it, at any time, including when an account is inactive or these terms are not followed.

Confidential pricing

No online sale or listing

Pera Tile does not approve nor give permission to show, list, or offer for sale any of the Pera Tile product lines on the Internet. Violation of this condition may result in termination of the account and loss of access to the Pera Tile line.

Orders placed on the website

Sample orders, display orders, job registrations and other requests made through the website are subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale, account approval, product availability and confirmation by Pera Tile. Display credits, merchandising allowances and free trade samples are offered at Pera Tile’s discretion, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn.

Our content

The website and its content — including product photography, room scenes, line sheets, catalogues, dimension sheets, designs, text, logos and the Pera Tile and Atelier Pera names — are owned by Pera Tile or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print content for your own business use in selling and specifying Pera Tile products. Any other use, copying or distribution requires our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy or collect pricing, product data or images from the website by automated means, such as scraping, bots or bulk downloading;
• try to get into areas, accounts or data you are not authorized to access, or test the security of the website;
• interfere with the website’s operation, or upload anything harmful, unlawful or misleading;
• submit false information in an account, credit or job application or a job registration.

Product information

We work to keep product information, technical data, stock status and lead times accurate, but they can change without notice and errors can occur. Pictures show representative pieces; colors and finishes may look different on screen, and natural stone and tile vary. Please confirm current information with the Order Desk and view current-lot samples before ordering. Technical data is subject to the product information and warranty sections of our Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pera Tile makes no warranties about the website, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Governing law: these Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes: we may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed; continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
