Pera Tile wants everyone — dealers, designers, architects, installers and homeowners — to be able to use peratile.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We aim for peratile.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We review the website regularly with automated tools and by hand, and fix issues as we find them, starting with the pages people use most: collections, product pages, the account and credit applications, and contact forms.

What we are working on

• Text descriptions for product and room-scene pictures, and clear labels on picture links and icons.
• Stronger color contrast for some smaller text and form fields.
• Keyboard access and screen-reader labels for tabs, menus and forms.

Known limitations

• Some older PDF documents and the page-turning online catalogues may not be fully accessible. The same information is available from us in another format on request.
• Some content, such as embedded forms, maps and videos, comes from other providers and may not fully meet our goal.
